Exchange Policy

We have a 730-day exchange policy, which means you have 730 days after placing your order to request an exchange.

There are six requirements to be eligible for an exchange.

  1. Item(s) returned must be defective
  2. Item(s) returned must be sent with original packaging and accessories in like-new condition or better.
  3. Item(s) returned have no accidental damage.
  4. Item(s) returned were not sold as "Open Box."
  5. Item(s) returned are not discontinued.
  6. Item(s) returned can not be exchanged more than once after 90 days.

To start an exchange, you can visit the Returns Center or contact us at We'll then instruct you on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for exchanging your item.

If your item does not meet the condition requirement or was sent without permission, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning it.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
